About the position

Key Requirements:
? BA (Hons) Psychology (mandatory)
? 8+ years in a managerial role
? Expertise in strategy execution, operations, and financial management
? Strong background in Employee Wellness Programs (EWP) & the corporate sector
? Proven experience in team leadership, performance measurement, and staff development
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
? Valid driver's license & own vehicle (essential)
? Availability outside standard hours as needed
