About the position
We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead our Marketing team. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online brand presence, and driving online sales growth. You will oversee the digital marketing team, analyze market trends, and collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
