About the position

Report to - National Academic Manager
Manage - All Facilitators/Lecturers (at 12 Campuses) 12 people

H/O based every day, but also remote working 3 days at home, 2 days in office but in the beginning must be in office every day to learn the ropes for a few months then can be remote.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field within the Information Technology Faculty

Experience:

  • Minimum of four years of relevant work experience at an Academic institution.
  • Experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms is preferred; familiarity with LMS requirements preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Minimum requirement is bachelor's degree in relevant field. (Programming #C, Java, Azure, Phyton)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Education.

Competencies:

  • Expertise in development, assessment, data analysis, and educational outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse members of the companies community, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, and external accreditors.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to plan, create, program, and manage statistical computer databases across multiple hardware and operating system platforms/environments.
  • Written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Teaching and Learning systems, definitions, and procedures.
  • Ethical Professional Behaviour
  • Deadline driven.
