A leading professional services and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Services to lead and oversee its finance, operations, governance, compliance, and support functions. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of financial reporting, corporate governance, operational systems, and business support services while supporting the organisation's continued growth and performance.

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant financial undergraduate qualification (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field)
• 8-12+ years' experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and financial oversight
• Experience leading multidisciplinary support functions, including finance, operations, HR, and legal/commercial coordination
• Proven experience operating in a high-performance corporate environment with responsibility for governance, compliance, and business operations
