About the position

  • To set, lead and translate the telesales, onbillers and partners strategy into an action-oriented framework and lead the implementation of the strategy in line with market-leading practices and the overall Channels Strategy.
  • To oversee and ensure seamless delivery excellence with a focus on onbilling, call centres and partners as well as churn management in telesales channels not limited to Retail.
  • To oversee the co-ordination of end-to-end telesales channel activities including sales reporting, partner management, lead management, unified technology implementation and training initiatives
