In this pivotal role, you'll lead and professionalise the administration and client service function. From onboarding and KYC/FICA compliance through to adviser support and ongoing servicing, you'll ensure processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. You'll embed compliance controls, optimise systems, and prepare the business for audits while building a high-performing team. Your day-to-day will also include mentoring staff, managing cyclical peaks, overseeing office operations, and reporting on service levels, errors, and compliance. This is a role where your operational discipline and leadership will directly shape client experience and business resilience.

You bring at least 7 years of administration or operations experience gained in wealth or asset management. You have the confidence and skill to lead a team, you've managed onboarding and advice documentation, and navigated compliance frameworks. Strong Microsoft 365 and CRM/workflow skills are essential, while RE5, FAIS/FSCA exposure, or higher financial planning qualifications are advantageous. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered, ideally residing in the southern suburbs.
