About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
Must have 8+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, including leadership or departmental management experience.
Must have demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
Must be technically strong, with the ability to understand first-principle calculations, execute designs, and pay close attention to detail when reviewing drawings.
Must have experience compiling and populating Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Must have excellent technical knowledge and design capability across core civil engineering disciplines.
Must have strong proposal, tender, and technical report writing skills.
Must have sound financial acumen, including project budgeting, profitability management, and resource allocation.
Must have experience and proficiency in relevant design software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, stormwater modelling tools, and project management software.
Must be able to develop and manage project schedules, understand the interconnectivity of project activities, and maintain timelines effectively.
Must have a valid driver's license.
