Introduction
Leads the development and execution of regional and franchise marketing strategies, ensuring campaign localization, brand alignment, and execution excellence across store formats.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead regional and franchise marketing strategy development ensuring alignment with national brand direction and commercial priorities and lead the teams inside Regions and Franchises
Oversee the planning, design, and rollout of effective in-store communication and point-of-sale marketing that supports promotional campaigns, drives conversion, and enhances the customer experience
Ensure all regional and franchise marketing efforts uphold brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer message across all formats and touchpoints in conjunction with the GM and Franchise heads
Manage end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely rollout, quality control, and responsiveness to trading and operational need, saving money and managing total instore budget
Leverage regional customer data, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform targeted marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities at a local level
Manage marketing budgets for regional and franchise campaigns, ensuring effective use of funds, strong ROI, and cost efficiency
Lead and develop a geographically dispersed marketing team, fostering collaboration, performance, and skill-building across regions and formats
Track marketing effectiveness by region and recommend improvements
Ensure execution excellence and brand consistency across all locations. Ensure fastidious alignment with the SUPER Integrated Marketing Leader and the Marketing Ops leader
Meet and present for the regional heads and franchises weekly
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's in Marketing, Operations Management or related field
Bachelor's in Marketing/commerce; MBA preferred / CM SA preferred
10 years or more store retail marketing experience in Regional Marketing (Essential)
