MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To lead and accelerate the Bank's transition into a digitally enabled organisation by driving The key areas of responsibility of the Digital Business Strategist include: Key Performance Areas Diagnosing the state of our market, business and technology capabilities Developing a digital business vision and blueprint for our desired future state: Developing a bold, yet achievable implementation plan: Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Governance, Risk & Compliance Preferred Minimum Education and Experience Additional Requirements
transformation initiatives that leverage Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) tools, Artificial
Intelligence, data-driven decision making, and innovative technologies. The role ensures
alignment of digital programmes with business strategy, embeds agile ways of working, and
supports the delivery of modern solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and
competitiveness. The incumbent acts as a catalyst for innovation, future-readiness, and
sustainable digital adoption across the Bank.
The role is accountable for developing, maintaining and overseeing the effective execution of
the the company Digital Business Strategy - an actionable plan that orchestrates both the frontand
back-stage assets of the company, balancing short- and longer-term initiatives to fuel
technology-led business transformation, digital innovation that wows stakeholders, and
sustainable business growth.

- Proficiency in crafting digital business investment (quantatiove and qualitative business case)
- Workshop facilitation skills (especially at c-suite and board level)
- Interviewing skills for infromation gathering (especially at c-suite and board level)
- Experience in startegy consulting capacity either internally within an organisation and an external consultant)
- Exeprience in c-suite role (especially multinational and/or technology/data company) would be advantageous
- Experience in shifting mindsets to enable digital transformation
- High profieciency in executive reporting
