The Role:
You will lead and accelerate the organisation's journey into a digitally enabled enterprise. Acting as a catalyst for innovation, you will embed agile ways of working, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver modern digital solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitiveness. You will ensure all digital programmes are aligned with strategic business objectives while driving sustainable adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Analyse (30%): Evaluate market positioning, business and technology capabilities, digital governance, and people readiness to uncover opportunities for transformation.
- Envision the Future (30%): Develop a bold digital business vision and blueprint, including product, technology, and people architectures to guide the desired future state.
- Plan & Deliver (30%): Craft an actionable, measurable digital transformation implementation plan, including quantitative and qualitative business cases.
- Stakeholder Engagement (5%): Build strong internal and external partnerships to secure buy-in and drive cultural adoption of digital initiatives.
- Governance & Compliance (5%): Ensure all initiatives adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks and internal standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Extensive, senior-level experience in digital strategy development and leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Proven proficiency in crafting digital business investment cases and applying agile methodologies in complex organisations.
- Track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with experience facilitating high-level workshops.
- Ability to take accountability for delivering outcomes with minimal supervision, and to lead transformative thinking and implementation.
Ideal (But Not Essential):
- International professional certifications such as CISA.
- Experience in strategy consulting or executive roles in multinational or technology-focused organisations.
