Introduction
Develops and maintains a marketing insights and reporting framework, turning data into actionable intelligence that drives marketing and trading strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop a robust insights and reporting framework and synthesize insights from multiple sources (loyalty programs, market research, sales date etc) into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Commercial and other business units
Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards that track customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI, ensuring timely reporting to all stakeholders
Manage and mentor a team to deliver high-quality analysis and continuous improvement of the insights function
Collaborate with loyalty and BI teams for data extraction
Provide strategic recommendations based on customer insights to assist with promotional planning and enhance Brand strategy
Establish predictive analytics capabilities
Write the weekly reports to business
Competitor analysis
Prepare ad hoc reports to the business
Monitor and Manage the Brand Tracker
Manage postmortems
Create customer strategies for the 7-9 customer events which will inform the integrated leads
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in Statistics, Actuarial, Marketing Analytics, or Business Intelligence; Honours preferred
8-10 years in data analysis, customer insights, retail analytics
Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL or data query skills, CRM systems, Predictive analytics tools, Report automation, Research Marketing, Customer Platform (Panels, Qualitative and Quantitative)
