About the position
Role
- Head Chapter Lead - QA is a leadership role, accountable for the successful QA
implementation of QA methodologies, process and automation technologies within
DevOps & Agile Principles. - Managing a QA team of 10 - 15 individuals, the candidate will work closely with the
COO, CTO and other Executives, in order to deliver software that meets product
design and quality requirements. - The quality of software delivery will be collaboratively defined and codified, to
banking grade security, maintainability and defined architecture. - The candidate will be accountable for the QA team and the implementation of
automated testing.
Who we are looking for
- Knowledge and Skills
o Deep and practical understanding of DevOps and Agile Methodology, process
and principles.
o Microsoft DevOps (software) Experience.
o Leadership. - Experience
o In taking companies and/or software development teams through a
transformation and change management process.
o Implementing and getting test automation adopted.
o Driving and reporting on strategic initiatives in QA. - Qualifications
o DevOps and/or Agile Training.
