Job Overview: The Head of Advisory (Non-Life) is responsible for leading the distribution channel strategy across the organization for Non-Life insurance products. This role involves overseeing strategies and ensuring implementation to drive significant growth through the development and implementation of a digitally enabled Advisory model. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital transformation in the insurance industry. Responsibilities: Leadership and Direction: Set and communicate the strategy for achieving the organization's mission, vision, and values within the Advisory function. Inspire and motivate teams to commit to the organization's goals and achieve extraordinary results. Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution: Establish and manage business processes, programs, and projects to drive digital transformation. Functional Strategy Formation & Implementation: Ensure successful implementation of the strategy to meet long-term business needs. Distribution: Lead the development and implementation of digitally enabled Advisory processes, procedures, and models for intermediated sales operations. Sales (Manager): Oversee the implementation of the Advisory Sales strategy, complex insurance products and services to significant customers. Business Planning: Lead the development and alignment of annual and longer-term business plans for the function, ensuring alignment with strategy and quantifying business outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement (Internal and External): Identify and manage stakeholders up to C-suite level, developing stakeholder engagement plans to support communication of business information and decisions. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure high-quality customer information is maintained and utilized effectively to meet business needs. Sell Customer Propositions: Lead cross-functional teams to configure tailored insurance solutions for customers, negotiating agreements to meet customer requirements profitably.
