Key Duties(Handyman)
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings and facilities.
- Repair doors, windows, locks, roofs, and other building components.
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing fittings.
- Carry out minor electrical maintenance such as replacing light fixtures and bulbs.
- Patch, paint, and finish walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform carpentry tasks including cutting, fitting, and repairing structures.
- Inspect facilities to identify maintenance issues and hazards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with installations, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep records of maintenance work completed and materials used.
