About the position
SUMMARY
We are seeking an individual fluent in Portuguese to join our dynamic management team in as a Half-Day Personal Assistant role. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior sales executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Our client is looking to employ a Half Day Personal Assistant, Paarden Eiland Cape Town
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist two senior sales executives with reporting, coordination, and supplier communication.
- Compile and manage data spreadsheets and perform basic costings using Excel.
- Draft professional emails and liaise with international suppliers.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and support general office tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Available immediately (Preferred)
- Grade 12 / Matric is a must!
- 2- 3 years Personal Assistant experience
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, read, and written) is essential due to regular communication with international contacts and suppliers.
- Pay attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Sage is a strong advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.\
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
