About the position
Our client, a LUXURIOUS spa, positioned high above the streets of Sandton offers an oasis of serenity in the heart of this vibrant cultural and financial hub.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer in Sandton. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Daily tasks include greeting guests, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing guest feedback.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Receptionist experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or similar environment is a plus
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Well-presented
- Willing to work shifts and weekends
- Must be willing to wear high heels
