Our client, a leading organization within the security industry, is seeking a  highly experienced  Guarding Sales Manager with extensive management experience to manage a team of 8 Sales Consultants.

• Guarding sales experience is non negotiable 
• Extensive management experience with a proven track record

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to conduct cold calling and effectively manage sales territories.
• Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.

Additional Requirements

• South African citizen.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Valid endorsed driver's license.
• Clear criminal record.
