Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

- Data Analytics Proficiency: Google Analytics, Amazon Quicksight.
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Google AdWords, SEO best practices.
- Content Marketing: WordPress CMS, content calendars, writing and editing.
- Campaign Management: Campaign Manager, multi-channel campaigns.
- Technical Understanding: Mobile and web technologies, APIs, UX design.
- Performance Tracking: KPIs, analytics software, dashboards
Duties:
- Market Research and Analysis: Identify target market segments and understand customer demographics. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine acquisition tactics.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through various in-person and online marketing channels. Utilize SEO, SEM, and content marketing to optimize the company's website and content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and conversions.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new customers
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for acquisition campaigns. Collaborate with data analysts to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection and reporting.
- Customer Onboarding: Streamline the lead conversion process to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active user for both consumers and merchants. Implement user-friendly onboarding experiences tailored to reduce drop-offs and enhance initial engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align growth initiatives with company goals. Provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to convert leads into customers and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
