Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Transport Management or Operations Management
Strong transport management experience across multiple transport sectors
Overview of position
To manage and optimise all transport assets within the group including trucks, aircraft, luxury car hire fleet and company vehicles.
- Manage all transport operations across the group.
- Oversee trucks, aircraft, luxury vehicles and company fleet.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for all transport divisions.
- Manage maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Monitor fleet utilisation and productivity.
- Develop cost reduction strategies.
- Manage transport budgets and expenditure.
- Oversee fuel management and consumption reporting.
- Manage insurance and licensing compliance.
- Lead transport safety programmes.
- Produce monthly operational reports.
