About the position
Our Client, a leader in the Private Health Care Sector is looking for a Group Technical Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably be a member of the Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa (CEASA)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within technical operations in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good analysis, judgement skills and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Must be customer focused
- Must have a high level of reliability and accountability
- Must have a driver’s license and own transport to travel between facilities
