Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
5+ years marketing experience, 2+ years on managerial level
Strong digital marketing knowledge
Overview of position
To lead marketing strategy and brand development across all subsidiaries including Transport, Hospitality, Coal, Property, Luxury Car Hire, Beauty, Coffee Shop and Aviation.
- Develop and implement group marketing strategies.
- Manage corporate branding and communications.
- Oversee digital marketing and social media.
- Lead advertising and campaign management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers.
- Develop annual marketing budgets.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Build strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
