Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, implement, and monitor Kronos (time and attendance) processes in line with internal policies and quality standards.
- Develop, align, and implement end-to-end standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to workforce management.
- Perform regular audits and analyse system data to support operational decisions and recommendations.
- Provide system training, guidance, and support to ensure proper usage and knowledge transfer across teams.
- Ensure data accuracy for payroll processing and continually identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Establish system access and approval controls based on user roles and responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role managing the Kronos system
- Advanced knowledge of time and attendance processes
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
- Private healthcare sector experience is advantageous
