Pretoria (Tshwane), Gauteng
Young admitted Attorney with Minimum 1-3 Years' working experience
MUST have HR knowledge/experience (Provide advice and
support on HR Issues to Employees and Management in
keeping up with HR Practices
Industrial Relations:
Ensure Company Disciplinary Code & Policies comply with all
Statutory Acts
Deal with Bargaining Council & Unions
Recruitment & Retention
HR Administrative System - Employment Contracts
Training & Development
Employment Equity : Update EE Plan & Reports - Submissions
to Dept of Labour
Advise Various Companies in the Group on different LEGAL
Matters
Travel Nationally, from time to time
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
