We are exclusively sourcing for a top-tier strategic leadership role with a leading South African development finance institution (DFI) that funds and delivers catalytic infrastructure across energy, transport, water, ICT, and social sectors.

As Group Executive: Programmes, you'll report to the CEO and lead the design, mobilisation, and execution of complex infrastructure programmes spanning public-private partnerships, multi-donor initiatives, and DFI-funded projects. This is a career-defining opportunity for an infrastructure leader with deep capital raising and project finance experience.

We're Looking For a Heavyweight Who Has:

  • Led large-scale, multi-sector infrastructure programmes
  • Experience mobilising capital and raising project finance for high-impact initiatives
  • Worked across DFIs, PPPs, investment funds, or public-sector infrastructure platforms
  • Managed multiple complex, multi-stakeholder programmes simultaneously
  • 12+ years' senior experience in programme/project management
  • 5+ years at executive level, delivering national or regional-scale mandates
