About the position
An opportunity is available for a Group Commercial Manager at our client, a wholly owned subsidiary of a JSE Listed company. This is an executive management position and reports directly to the CEO of this company. Main areas of responsibility: Sales - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets Minimum requirements: Full job description is available at the agency. The role is responsible for both National and Export Sales
Financial Management - Responsible for managing the sales budget for the company
Human Resources Management - Manage the performance of staff with regular performance review and coaching sessions
The successful candidate will be required to work every alternative Saturday and public holiday.
