About the position
Graphic Design:
Design and production of high-quality visual assets across digital and print mediums, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and more.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design execution across all materials.
Collaborate with marketing team to create visually appealing materials that support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
Develop and maintain a library of templates and design assets for internal use.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging tools, and software to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Social Media Management:
Create compelling, visually engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with the company’s brand voice and goals.
Plan, design, and schedule social media posts in line with campaign strategies and content calendars.
Analyze social media performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and adjust content strategies to enhance growth and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to manage content for paid social ads, ensuring high-quality design that aligns with campaign objectives.
Oversee social media updates, ensuring consistency and timely responses to comments and direct messages.
Community Development:
Develop creative strategies to grow and engage online communities, increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and advocacy.
Engage with followers, respond to feedback, and foster positive, interactive conversations across social media channels.
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify our presence and drive community engagement.
Identify key opportunities to leverage social media for customer support, content promotion, and user-generated content (UGC).
Coordinate community-driven events, online forums, or initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and build an active brand community. Collaboration & Leadership:
Present design concepts and solutions to Marketing Manager, clearly articulating the design rationale.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and strategic design solutions for marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in both print and digital design.
•Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and motion graphics software (After Effects, etc.).
•Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for creating engaging content.
•Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the community.
•A passion for creativity, design, and building meaningful connections with audiences.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Experience in video production or animation for digital content.
•Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
•Background in community management or online community-building.
