About the position

A Well - Established Company Seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to join their Team in Centurion.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
• Develop branding concepts and visual assets for products and campaigns.
• Design product packaging, including packaging boxes and related artwork.
• Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and creative layouts from initial briefs through to final execution.
• Maintain and update company websites with new visual content and design improvements.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create impactful promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all multimedia and creative projects.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with CorelDRAW or equivalent design software will be advantageous.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design, branding, and digital marketing work.
• Experience designing for digital marketing platforms, including social media and online advertising.
• Experience with website maintenance and updating website content.
• Knowledge of packaging design and print production processes.
• Excellent creative thinking, conceptualization, and storyboarding abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
