About the position
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-impact visual content that strengthens the Regenesys brand, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances digital engagement across platforms. This role focuses on designing compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, events, social media, websites, email communications, and institutional storytelling.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional who understands how design contributes to brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing performance. The designer must also be comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows, generate visual concepts, accelerate production, and support modern content creation strategies.
This role requires someone who can transform ideas, campaigns, and institutional messaging into visually powerful assets that resonate with prospective students, corporate partners, alumni, and broader audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaign Design
- Design high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, including digital advertisements, brochures, social media content, emailers, and website graphics.
- Create compelling visual assets for programme promotion, institutional announcements, events, and brand campaigns.
- Develop campaign visuals that attract attention, communicate value clearly, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Digital & Social Media Visual Content
- Produce graphics and visual content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Design digital banners, thumbnails, infographics, carousel posts, and other visual formats that support online storytelling and engagement.
- Ensure all digital assets are optimised for various screen sizes, platforms, and performance requirements.
Event & Institutional Design
- Design visual materials for institutional events such as conferences, launches, summits, open days, and panel discussions.
- Produce pull-up banners, event backdrops, programmes, invitations, presentation visuals, and exhibition materials.
- Support visual storytelling around institutional milestones, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
AI-Assisted Creative Production
- Use AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts, accelerate visual production, and enhance design workflows.
- Leverage AI tools for image generation, background editing, layout exploration, visual ideation, and creative experimentation.
- Integrate AI-assisted design techniques while maintaining high-quality, brand-consistent outputs.
Brand Management & Visual Consistency
- Ensure all designs follow Regenesys brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and communication principles.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print outputs.
- Contribute creative ideas that strengthen and evolve the institution’s visual identity.
Collaboration & Design Workflow
- Work closely with Marketing, Communications, Events, and Digital teams to support campaigns and content initiatives.
- Translate marketing concepts, messaging, and campaign strategies into effective visual outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar generative design technologies.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling, professional design outputs.
- Understanding of digital design best practices for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience in marketing, digital media, or creative environments.
- Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns, events, and brand communications will be advantageous.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work.
