The Role: Graphic Designer
As part of the Global Marketing team, you will bring creative visions to life across a wide range of graphic and multimedia projects. This role exists to ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and supports strategic communication goals. From data visualisation to video editing, you'll contribute to meaningful design work that informs and inspires.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or multimedia to a dynamic marketing team
- Design and deliver content, including reports, infographics, icons, presentations, and videos
- Support digital campaigns with compelling visual assets
- Translate complex data into accessible and engaging visuals
- Ensure accessibility standards across all design outputs
- Source or create original photography, illustrations, and graphics
- Develop creative concepts and adapt stakeholder briefs
- Edit videos aligned with the brand identity
- Maintain and update branded templates in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
- Incorporate feedback and champion continuous creative improvement
About You
- 3-5 years experience in a graphic design or multimedia role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and video editing
- Able to communicate clearly and express ideas confidently
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple design projects independently
- Understands visual accessibility standards
- Capable of turning data into visually compelling content
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident in handling creative feedback
