About the position
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate our visual identity across multiple brands within the higher education sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys producing impactful, meaningful design work.
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will shape the visual direction of our marketing efforts across both print and digital platforms. You'll conceptualise and deliver high-quality design that enhances brand awareness and contributes to student recruitment success.
?? Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, prospectuses, flyers, and posters
- Conceptualise and execute designs for above-the-line campaigns, especially out-of-home media
- Create digital-first assets for social media, landing pages, and paid campaigns
- Produce short-form videos and motion graphics
- Maintain strong brand consistency while exploring creative innovation
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team and external agency partners
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget
- Provide art direction for photoshoots and video productions
- Prepare files for print and digital production
- Contribute to updating and evolving brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with design trends relevant to the education space
?? Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong portfolio showing creativity and versatility
- Experience with large-format and out-of-home design
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Knowledge of print and digital production processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in higher education marketing is advantageous
