About the position
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. If you have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a love for action sports, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Designing eye-catching and engaging online and social media assets that align with our brand identity and message.
- Creating visually appealing layouts and designs for print marketing material, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate our off-road motorsport and mountain biking events and products.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials.
- Working closely with senior graphic designers and the marketing team to implement design feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
- Performing any marketing or administration duties related to the marketing department requested by your Line Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Diploma or Degree).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials, demonstrating your creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with current digital and social media design trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and other teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in, or knowledge of, off-road motorsport and/or mountain biking is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
