About the position
A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Graphic Designer with a strong Social Media experience.
Minimum Experience
- Matric
- BA / BFA / Diploma in Graphic Design / Marketing (Advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in similar role
- MS Office & Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent visual, typographical and layout skills
- Solid understanding of design principles and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Respond to social media comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer interactions
- Support branding, marketing collateral and packaging design
- Maintain design templates and asset libraries
- Assist in editing photos, resizing assets, and applying brand guidelines across all creative output
- Stay current on social trends, platform updates, trending topics, and industry best practices
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trending topics, and industry best practices
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and storytelling
