Exciting career opportunity for a Graphic Designer within a manufacturing company
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5 - 8+ Years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative work across various platforms
- Experience working in marketing, advertising, or branding environments
- Knowledge of AI-driven design tools is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Experience working with marketing data to optimize design performance
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Mentor Junior Designers and lead creative discussions
- Present ideas effectively to Executives and Stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product & Sales
