As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing a wide range of materials, including marketing collateral, digital assets, and branding materials. You'll work closely with our marketing team to understand our brand identity and effectively translate it into compelling visuals. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing and branding materials
• Design and produce visually appealing graphics for print and digital media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
• Research current design trends and techniques to enhance our visual communication
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
