What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with Success Operations Leadership to craft compelling content strategies.
  
• Craft engaging and informative content for newsletters and notifications.
  
• Innovate content and media strategies to boost user engagement.
  
• Aid Project Managers in creating user-friendly process documentation.
  
• Manage customer contact lists to facilitate effective communication.
  

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for business contexts.
  

Work Hours:

• You will be working USA hours initially - these hours will be from 3pm - 12am
