What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) Starting with the fundamentals, you'll support a Senior Accountant with administration, data capturing, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, spreadsheets, financial records and month-end processes. As your knowledge grows, so will your responsibility. You'll enjoy this because you'll receive hands-on training and gradually progress from learning the processes to confidently managing routine accounting tasks independently. Where you'll be doing it Join an established, international, family-owned engineering and manufacturing business operating in specialised machinery, packaging and plastics recycling. You'll work from its Kyalami operation in a professional environment where technical excellence, sustainability, teamwork and long-term development matter. This is an in office role Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm role. What you'll need Matric is essential, with strong communication skills and confidence working with numbers. Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Business Management or Office Administration studies are advantageous, but not essential. Basic Microsoft Excel (including basic formula's), Word, Outlook and general computer literacy are important. Previous admin, bookkeeping, Pastel or Sage exposure is useful, although training will be provided. What you'll get A basic salary plus genuine on-the-job training and mentorship.
