About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning with regards to maintaining external audit such as export accreditation, FSSC 22000, FSA, IBL audit, RSPO and other audits.
• Participate during external audits
• Assist in conducting internal systems audits
• Maintain Internal and External Food Safety Audit tracking (Audit tracker) for RFG Fresh Food Gauteng.
• Assist with Compiling, review and evaluate Food Safety documents such as general forms, policies, procedures.
• Assist in conduct HACCP review studies (Hazard Analysis studies, Process flow diagrams, floor plan, CCP & OPRP plan and food safety triggers
• Review all Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring, verification and validation records to ensure compliance with HACCP critical limits and frequencies, as required by the HACCP plan.
• Ensure that the latest reversion food safety related documents including PRPs are distributed to the QA Managers for RFG Fresh Food Gauteng.
• Assist in coordinate Food safety and Management review meetings and send minutes to the food safety team
• Monitor Food Safety Management System files
• Update and maintain the amendment form and master index

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric;
• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Food Technology or other relevant qualifications
