Our client is a specialist global mobility and relocation business that supports clients in relocating employees internationally. They manage the end-to-end relocation experience, from logistics to lifestyle, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and their families.

They are looking for a highly organised, project-driven professional to join their team.  This is not an admin role.  This is a high-volume, high-responsibility coordination position that requires precision, resilience, and strong stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the engine behind the scenes, the person who ensures that complex international relocation feels effortless.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Managing multiple relocation projects simultaneously
• Sourcing fully furnished accommodation aligned to client budgets and requirements
• Coordinating school placements for relocating families
• Arranging car hire and related logistical services
• Liaising with landlords, schools, service providers and corporate clients
• Supporting the Immigration Consultant with documentation processes
• Tracking timelines, deliverables and compliance requirements
• Ensuring every relocation is executed smoothly and professionally
• Managing high volumes of communication and detail without losing control
