The Role: Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC)
This office-based role is responsible for coordinating and managing relocation assignments throughout Africa. You will oversee the full lifecycle of services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. The role demands strong administrative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the complete relocation process for corporate assignments across Africa.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Solve logistical and service-related challenges quickly and creatively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities.
- Ensure all documentation and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct customer service.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Resilient under pressure with strong stress management techniques.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
Desirable Experience
- Background in logistics, HR mobility, or related fields.
- Travel experience within Africa.
- Fluency in an additional language (French, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred).
- Experience living or working abroad.
