About the position

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced GES TMM to join their mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Drive Transformation: Support change management, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: Oversee quality management, SHERQ programs, and compliance with IMS standards.
• Optimize Resources: Manage sub-functional resources, engineering services, and workshop operations efficiently.
• Promote Team & Personal Growth: Lead performance management, workforce planning, and close training gaps.
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold data integrity, effective housekeeping, budget control, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Trade Certificate is required
• N6 Certificate / National N Diploma
• 5 years’ experience in a Management role and 8 years’ experience within a Mining TMM environment
• Valid Code B Driving License
