What You'll Be Doing: Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments Meet performance goals with full training and support Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities We're Hiring Across These Levels: No sales experience needed Must have a German school-leaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1/C2) Junior SDR ±1 year in sales, customer service, or lead generation Strong communication skills in German Mid-Level SDR ±2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience Confident using digital sales tools Senior SDR 3+ years in sales with a proven track record Mentoring mindset and a self-starter attitude SDR Team Lead / Manager 4+ years in sales, 1+ in team leadership Able to lead from the front and coach others What You Need to Apply: Based in South Africa with reliable fibre internet (min. 20 Mbps) Tech-literate and motivated to succeed in a remote setup Great attitude, curiosity, and a passion for growth What's in It for You?
