About the position
An established marketing firm is seeking a driven and proactive German-Speaking Sales Consultant / Partnerships Agent to join the Partnerships team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing new partners and venues for TLC’s loyalty and experiential marketing platform. This role requires a strong focus on outbound sales, relationship building, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential partners through online channels, networks, and other sources
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective partners to establish relationships and close deals
• Re-engage previously interested venues and maintain a consistent outreach strategy
• Present TLC’s offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective partners
• Maintain professional communication with new, existing, and past partners
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Prepare feasibility reports and manage partner product requests
• Manage daily workflow according to team briefings and performance targets
• Support partnership activation and campaign execution where required
Minimum Requirements
• German speaking & writing (non-negotiable)
• Minimum experience in one or more of the following:
o Telesales / Outbound Sales
o Media Sales
o Partnerships or Vendor Acquisition
o Call Centre (B2B or B2C)
• Strong track record in building and maintaining productive business relationships
• Exceptional phone presence and influencing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research and analytical skills
