This role involves evaluating and refining AI-generated advertising content to ensure relevance, cultural accuracy, and effectiveness. You'll work with a global team to uphold quality standards and support AI enhancement through structured feedback and analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and apply content evaluation guidelines, providing insights to improve AI performance
- Assess queries, including sensitive material, against established standards
- Interpret and work with statistical and quality metrics
- Stay current on cultural and locale-specific trends
- Collaborate with global teams to build alignment and share best practices
- Deliver clear, actionable feedback and participate in clarification discussions
- Engage in ongoing self-learning and knowledge sharing
- Evaluate content with precision and critical thinking, even when the content is nuanced or complex
- Exercise creativity and independent judgment to understand user intent and business goals
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2/C1 level (oral and written)
1+ years of experience in rating or data annotation - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative feedback and discussion
- Comfortable with guidelines adherence and evaluating sensitive content
- Understanding of AI, data labeling, and annotation methodologies
- Awareness or expertise in domains such as Finance, Travel, Real Estate, Automotive, Health, Fashion, Electronics, Furniture, or Themed Products
- Critical thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive team consensus
- At least 1 year of university studies preferred; social sciences or quality control experience is a plus
- Familiarity with advertising regulations, platform policies, and privacy considerations
