About the position
A large consulting company with offices across the globe is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg.
Join a team of professionals that are recognised as technical experts and work on large, complex and challenging projects while working with great people.
Minimum requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Post-graduate studies in Geotechnical Engineering field preferrable.
- At least 8 years' post-graduate experience.
- Professional registration with ECSA.
- Consolidated experience in Geotechnical Investigations - Factual and Interpretive.
- Proven record of independent work and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven track record of working on large, intermediate, and small size jobs in a cross section of sectors.
- Solid technical knowledge and application in soil/rock mechanics.
