About the position
General support function of Operators, conduct various tasks requiring standard tools. Sweeping, scraping, packing cartons/boxes, cleaning, sorting, recycle product, housekeeping, loads and offloads bales, stacks bales, loads product onto conveyor belt, labels boxes, empty dustbin, weighs fines, collapses boxes, verbal reports, fill lids & canisters into machine, fetches boxes, removes foreign objects from product, monitor heat settings. Responsible for health and safety and personal protective equipment.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the continuity of the production process through transportation and delivery of necessary materials and products in order to meet production objective.
Participate in activities related to machines and processes starts / stops and blend / brand changes in order to ensure the integrity of the product
Maintain the working equipment and surrounding area clean and tidy and sort out waste in compliance with PMI standards and procedures. Perform equipment cleaning activities accordingly with the plan
Communicate all useful information for the good flow of production processes to concerned colleagues and to support teams. Complete forms and input data in systems in order to ensure primary data for product traceability
Adhere to all EHS Policy & Procedures. The employee must follow the OHS legislation requirements. Comply with ISO [Phone Number Removed]; and PMI Quality System requirements
Ensure that all activities are completed in compliance with health and safety work requirement and adhere at OHS standards by following actual procedures. The employee must follow the OHS legislation requirements. The employee must use the protection equipment in adequately mode.
