Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales, Marketing, Account, and Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations, staff, and commercial growth of a busy recruitment office. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales strategy, marketing management, account relationship development, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, ensuring team productivity, and executing marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Must have worked for an e-commerce platform in a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate the recruitment and sales teams to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing business accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and revenue forecasts.
- Negotiate client agreements and ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Oversee all marketing staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
Account Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
- Manage client renewals, proposals, and presentations.
- Oversee invoicing, contract management, and client documentation.
Operations & Staff Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Supervise and develop all in-office staff, including recruiters, administrators, and marketing personnel.
- Establish clear KPIs and ensure accountability across teams.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical recruitment practices.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry.
- Must have a Degree.
- Must have worked for an e-commerce platform.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute plans effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, performance-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
