An established and reputable manufacturing and installation company within the timber roofing industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Operations Director to take full operational ownership of its business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, leadership, and strategic operations within a technical, construction, or manufacturing environment.

? Tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (advantageous).
? Proven senior management experience (minimum 8–10 years) in manufacturing, timber structures, or construction.
? Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a track record of operational excellence.
? Sound financial and commercial acumen.
? Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
? Driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required.
