? Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Knowledge or exposure to micro-lending or quick loans industry advantageous
• Understanding of NCR regulations and credit legislation preferred
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full management of the micro-lending business
• Ensure compliance with NCR regulations and relevant legislation
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal credit policies and procedures
• Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Oversee loan book performance and risk management
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to support business growth and sustainability
