Requirements:
Related degree in business management, sales or related field.
5 years + applicable management experience.
Retail Industry experience would be a good fit.
Salary:
R660 000 Cost to Company per annum (slightly negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, define, and execution of the facility specific strategy and objectives that aligns to and drives the business's strategy, targets and value proposition.
- Provide support and advice to the Senior Leadership Team in the delivery of the facility's strategy and objectives.
- Create a culture that promotes a sustainable sales pipelines, effective administration, and efficient operations.
- Manage and engage with all external contractors and internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
- Take responsibility for budgets, cost management, cost control and targets set.
- Overall responsibility and accountability for the sales and operational teams at the facility.
- Develop, define, and drive sales plans that build pipelines, convert potential clients, upsell existing clients, and meets annual targets.
- Develop, with the aid of the marketing manager, effective marketing campaigns that speak specifically to the methods and markets that the facility targets.
- Analyse existing products and improve upon those.
- Develop new products where necessary.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including, but not limited to the required administrative functions.
- Develop, define, and execute on operational plans that lead to increased sales volumes and cost-efficiencies.
- Ensure effective administration of all operational aspects within the facility.
- Develop and introduce new operational processes and systems where necessary to ensure optimal performance within the facility.
- Day-to-day management of operational team.
- Management of all external contractors and service providers.
- Maintain and improve the existing facility condition.
- Develop new sections in the facility when needed.
- Create sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions to the challenges at the facility.
