? Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Commercial B2B vertical,
aligning it with the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Develop the Industrial divisions'
strategy to go to market as well as develop the solution offering based on the market needs.
? Continuous Improvement: Continually evolving the offering to establish as the go to solution for
any business looking for a sustainable and integrated energy management solution.
? Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities within the
energy solutions market and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
? Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
energy solutions market, foster strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base.
? Cultural Change Management: Lead the cultural change initiatives, fostering a customer-centric
mind-set and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Industrial
division.
? Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a
collaborative and innovative culture while providing mentorship and guidance.
? Performance Management: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Industrial
division, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
? Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and
make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
? Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, standards, and
certifications, ensuring compliance in all aspects of energy solution development and
manufacturing.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
? Advanced business degree (MBA/MBL) is a plus.
? 8-10 years of progressive experience in a senior management role within manufacturing.
? Product design and development and a minimum of 5 - 6 years within energy and renewables.
? Proficient in the use of MS Office
? Proficiency in electrical engineering principles.
? Experience in battery technology and energy systems is advantageous.
? Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully
delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
? Deep understanding of battery systems and energy storage solutions, as well as the ability to
shift the organization's culture towards customer centricity and implement the overall strategy
? Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, driving
organizational change, and achieving strategic objectives. Proven ability to inspire and motivate
cross-functional teams.
? Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the renewable and energy industry, including
market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Familiarity with battery systems and
energy storage solutions is highly desirable.
? Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying and capitalising
on market opportunities. Proven ability to develop and execute effective business strategies,
drive revenue growth, and deliver results.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
effectively convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
? Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse
market data, financial information, and technical specifications to make informed decisions
? Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt
to changing priorities and business needs.
? Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain
strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
